    Semi-private training differs from group classes. Geneva provides accessible and affordable training (compared to private training rates) while creating a workout program to meet your specific goals. By keeping the sessions smaller (4 women or less), you get individualized support and will progressively improve each month.

ABOUT

Geneva Ellis, Mind-Body Wellness Coach

Geneva or “G” (she/her) is an empowering and highly supportive Certified Personal Trainer and Accredited Certified Wellness Coach.

G has a B.A. in Social Sciences, more than 1800 direct mental health coaching hours, and over 80 ICF continued coach education credits covering a variety of topics such as evidence-based psychology, trauma-informed coaching, and culturally responsive care. G knows movement is medicine, which is one reason she became a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.

Geneva's journey mirrors the struggles many of us face—stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout. However, she transformed her life through an integrative approach to her health and wellness; she focused on improving her physical, emotional, and purposeful health through fitness training, evidence-based mental health strategies, and a great support system.

Since then, she has been passionate about helping women improve their mental and physical well-being through physical fitness training, mind-body wellness events, and community connection.

As your Mind-Body Wellness Coach, Geneva invites you to show up exactly as you are. During her sessions and workshops, Coach G creates a safe, supportive, and fun space where you’ll feel comfortable, confident, and empowered.
